Terms & Conditions
SPMU Terms and Conditions+
Please note that all Semi Permanent Makeup (SPMU) treatments, including top-up appointments, require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
Deposits are non-refundable, and when you pay a deposit you are entering into a contract with Immaculate Makeup. We understand there may be times you need to change your appointment, and as long as we have a minimum of 24 hours' notice this is absolutely fine. Changes the evening before or the morning of the appointment will result in your deposit being lost. If a change has been requested twice in addition to the original booking, we have the right to refuse further changes and will retain the deposit for administrative fees. To rebook, a further deposit will be required and the same terms apply.
We understand there may be times you are running slightly late; however, if we have allocated a time slot for you, we may be forced to reduce your treatment time accordingly. If you are 15 minutes late or more, this will be classed as a no-show and our no-show terms will apply — your deposit and appointment will be lost.
We aim to send a text and email reminder 24 hours before your appointment, however it is your responsibility to ensure you have the correct date and time. You should receive instant confirmation via email when you book — please ensure the details are correct and your contact details are up to date on our system.
For top-ups included in the original price, this appointment is normally 4–6 weeks after your original appointment and must be no longer than 12 weeks; anything after this will be classed as a regular paid top-up.
Where a deposit is transferred to another appointment or kept as ‘credit’, this is only valid for 12 months from the date of payment. Deposits can be made via email link, over the telephone, or in cash/card at the clinic.
Laser Hair Removal Terms and Conditions+
When you book in for laser hair removal, we instantly send you a consent form, pre & post treatment guidelines and a medical history questionnaire via email to complete and sign prior to your appointment. On arrival we also conduct an initial treatment form, and a re-consent form for recurring appointments.
Some ailments and medications can affect skin healing and response to the laser. It is your responsibility to inform your laser technician if you begin a course of medication or have any changes to your health.
When you book a course, you pay your £25 patch test fee (you won't be charged for multiple areas of patch testing unless on a separate appointment). This fee is deducted from any treatment or course purchased, plus a 50% non-refundable deposit per session. The balance can be paid in full, or for courses under £500 spread over the first 3 sessions (the last 3 free of charge). For courses over £500, this can be paid in full or over the first 4 sessions (the last 2 free of charge).
If you do not arrive or do not give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel, a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount payable on that day applies. A 50% fee also applies if you arrive and your skin is unsuitable due to any kind of tan.
Sun exposure and sun beds on the treatment area are not recommended during your course; a total sun block must be used if exposure is unavoidable. We can treat you 3 weeks after sun exposure, and you should avoid sun exposure for 3 weeks after treatment. Fake tan must be at least 2 weeks prior to treatment, with no residue on the skin.
No waxing, plucking, threading or any method that removes hair by the root is acceptable during your course — shaving is the only acceptable form of hair removal. Please shave the area 24–48 hours prior to your appointment.
For optimum results you will need 6 treatments at the recommended settings, attending every 4–8 weeks. You will need to be re-test patched if you don't return within 12 months, and on any new area. If you fall pregnant during your course you must discontinue and recommence post-pregnancy. There is no warranty or guarantee, but we will do our best to give you the best possible results.
Aesthetics Terms and Conditions+
All aesthetics treatments (anti-wrinkle injections/Botox, skin boosters, polynucleotides, dermal filler and fat-dissolving injections) require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
For reviews included in the original price (e.g. Botox/dermal filler), this appointment is normally 2 weeks after your original appointment and must be no longer than 3 weeks after; anything over this and the appointment will be lost. To rebook, a fully payable appointment with a 50% deposit applies.
If you change your mind and have paid a deposit, it can be transferred to a different treatment or date provided we have a minimum of 24 hours' notice.
